TERMS OF SERVICE

★ I only take payment in USD via PayPal invoice. Know your PayPal email before inquiring; payment is due promptly upon completion and the invoice will be sent as soon as the final piece(s) are approved.★ All commissions are digital delivery via Google Drive download only.★ I communicate exclusively via Discord DMs. For safety reasons, my messages are set to only allow incoming messages from mutual server members and friends. This necessitates either joining my Discord server or sending me a friend request. A link to my server is included in the social links section if that is your preference; I also have a channel for commission updates in there for accountability purposes.★ Once a commission is complete, I do not provide refunds for any reason.★ By sending me an inquiry you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and are accepting my terms of service as written above. Please include a purple circle emoji or the text equivalent in your opening message to indicate this.

After you have approved the final images and payment has been received, you will receive transparent .png files (sized appropriately for your streaming platform) via Google Drive. I will also provide, at no additional cost, an emote showcase similar to the ones shown above for you to share on social media.

— ICONS & AVATARS —

After you have approved the final images and payment has been received, you will receive a 600x600 .png file via Google Drive.

— TWITCH PANELS —

After you have approved the final images and payment has been received, you will receive .png files (sized appropriately) via Google Drive

— SOCIAL MEDIA BANNERS —

After you have approved the final images and payment has been received, you will receive an (appropriately-sized for the social media website(s) of your choice) .png file via Google Drive.

I have been moderating Discord servers since 2018 and have fully set up six servers in that time span to be as safe as possible for new/existing community members.My Discord moderation bot of choice is Dyno. It is a full-featured bot and allows for as much flexibility as you want. I am happy to work with other bots if you would like to use something else instead, but please note that if it's a bot I have not set up before it may take longer for me to finish. (I also have extensive experience working with MEE6.)Please know the following things before messaging me in regards to this commission type:⋆ Whether or not you would like new members to go through a verification check before being allowed to view the full server.
⋆ If yes, what questions you would like them to answer during verification.
⋆ Whether you'd like to have any kind of reaction roles, and if yes, what categories and roles within those categories you would like to include. (Please note that for the standard Dyno server, you may only have up to three separate reaction role categories, and 20 roles per category.)What I need in order to work:A role named "Server Setup" (with custom color #7F69F2, if you're feeling sweet) with "display role members separately from online members" and the "administrator" permission checked. Please read the text associated with the administrator permission before requesting this commission type from me. If you are uncomfortable with the idea of me being able to do anything I want to your server, that is understandable, but I am unfortunately unable to do this type of commission work without the administrator role.Please make sure this role is at the top of the roles list so that I can make necessary changes to any role in the server during setup.I would also prefer that you be semi-available during the time that I am working so that if I have questions I can get a decently fast answer. We can discuss mutually available times during initial messages, I just wanted to make sure that is something people are aware of before requesting!I am happy to remain in your server (if you would like) after finishing setup to be able to answer simple tech support questions/execute small fixes, but if the problem is going to take me more than fifteen minutes to address, I begin charging hourly again.Since my pay structure for this commission type is hourly, I keep track of my time worked with Time Card Calculator. You will receive a screenshot of my hours worked before an invoice is sent so that you can approve the time. After you approve the time, I will send an invoice for services rendered. Payment is due upon receipt.
